GoalShop ships from the United Kingdom. Available delivery options, prices and estimated timings are shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. During busy football periods, tournament weeks or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
UK delivery
UK standard and express options may be available at checkout. We recommend ordering early before matchday, especially for tournament fixtures, fan-zone events and parties.
International delivery
International shipping may be available to selected countries. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by their country.
Returns
You can request a return by emailing chanceandcharm2025@gmail.com. Please include your order number, checkout email and reason for return.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and returned according to the instructions we provide after your request is accepted.
Face paint and hygiene
For hygiene reasons, opened or used face paint cannot usually be returned unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue and help.
